• The rates AviaRent Car Rental are fixed and include all national/regional taxes and services. There are no hidden costs.

• AviaRent Car Rental rates include fully comprehensive insurance.

• AviaRent Car Rental offer unlimited kilometres.

• AviaRent Car Rental offer a free road map of Crete.

• Up to two additional drivers may be included free of charge.

• AviaRent Car Rental deliver and collect your rental car to the airport, port and hotels/apartments in the region of Heraklion free of charge. For other regions delivery and collection is only free of charge, if the rental period is 7 days or more. If the rental period is less than 7 days and the address of delivery and/or collection is outside the Heraklion region, AviaRent Car Rental charge an additional fee. The confirmation will state any applicable charge.

• The point of delivery/collection of your rental car is agreed at the time of booking. A member of staff will deliver your rental car as agreed and procedures will be explained.

• No extra charge if your arrival is delayed at the airport or port.

• AviaRent Car Rental pay any parking fees at the airport upon arrival and departure.

• Ÿ Upon request safety seats for babies and children are available without charge. If a safety seat is required please state this on the reservation form.

• For 24/7 road assistance please phone the number on the rental contract.

• Ÿ In case of serious damage to the car or a breakdown AviaRent Car Rental will replace it with a car of the same category. If the same category is unavailable, there will be an upgrade.

• AviaRent Car Rental has several agencies on the island. In case you should need assistance please contact Customer Service at our head office in Ammoudara, where you will be advised of the nearest agent. This ensures a swift replacement vehicle in case of serious damage or breakdown.
